What website can I use to find an actress to make a video commercial for my website?

I have a website that is fairly popular and I want to hire an actress to make a video for the website (like the godaddy.com girl). So I need a website where there are a lot of actresses who want to do commercials and I DEFINITELY NEED A WEBSITE WERE I CAN SEARCH ON IF THEY PROVIDE A VIDEO SAMPLE so I don't have to visit zillions of profiles and wonder if they can act. I know it sounds weird, but you can put an add on craigslist.com. Specify that you want them to email you their headshot, resume, and a quick video of them sayin a monologue (or you could post part of the script and have them read it). Good luck with that commercial.
