Audition monologue and song for guys and dolls?

• I will be auditioning for my high school's production of guys and dolls, and I need a song and monologue. I want to aim for Sister Sarah, so any monologues/songs towards that type of character would be appreciated greatly.

  Sarah Brown is written for a traditional Musical Theatre soprano voice--you need a beautiful head voice with some ability to belt. It goes from about a B below middle C to the first A above the staff.(B3 to A5). This means you better be able to sing notes on either end of the high and low range in order to be able to hit and hold them without straining. My first thoughts for audition songs would be Marion's songs from "The Music Man", especially "My White Knight". In the original theatrical key (Db) this song goes from middle C (C4) to an optional high A (A5). (Since Chenowith would have no problem with the original key, I suspect it's because modern audience think "opera" when anyone sings high). You might want to look it up, for ideas on interpretation.
