What are some good acting agencies in the US?

What are some good acting/modeling agencies near Philly?

    For acting, you can't get an agent until you have a few years of training and experience at a local level in school plays, community theatre, etc. Until you have a strong resume you are not going to get an agent For modeling, Click and Reinhard are the big agencies in the Philly area Edit - Barbizon and John Casablancas are not agencies. They are schools that charge up to $3000 for classes. NO legitimate agency will ever require you to go to modeling school before they accept you
