Where can i buy feathers or wings?

I need four sets of wings for a movie i'm making and i guess i could use special effects but im not too sure how to do that, so i was thinking of constructing some...but where can i buy big turkey rounds feathers and little fluffy ones...i need them in black and white...only one set of wings will be white the other 3 sets will be black...and i heard of rainbow feathers.com but those are a bit too expensive and im not sure about ordering them online...they don't have to be real feathers, i can go with fake...but is there any stores i can buy some...ill need a lot...and im not too sure about ordering them online...
