What is a talent agency interview like?

• I had an interview,took in my parent(I'm 13 yrs).She talked to me for a about 10-15 minutes, there was people waiting for thier appt and she said she was very busy so we had to end it short,she talked about commitment and the chances of getting booked and at the end of the interview she said she was interested and said she would contact me in few days .She walked me out the door and to the hallway and said talk to you soon and I said bye then walked out.I had the interview on Wednesday and its sunday, do you think she forgot about me or changed her mind or is it too soon its been 4 or 5 days since. I know i shouldnt be waiting on this since i kno there is alot of rejection in this buisness but what do u think?

  If you've still heard nothing by next Wednesday, I think it's a NO. Sorry - but they usually say that they're interested and will get in touch. They are just being kind. Or she liked you, but saw someone she like better after seeing you. That happens. Don't take it personally. Professional actors get rejected at least once a week - they get used to it! Just keep trying, improve your skills, get more classes, get more experience. That's all any actor can do. Good luck! xx
