Legit talent/modeling agencies?

  • I've always wanted to be an actress. I was thinking of modeling too and I just wanted to know of any legit modeling/talent agencies? Also, what do I need for them? I'm 5'5". I weigh 120 lb. I'm a strawberry blonde with brown eyes. I wear a size 5 dress. Is there a certain weight and height you need to be?

    For acting you can't get a talent agent until you already have several years of acting experience at a local amateur level as well as training. Until you can show to a potential agent that you are talented enough to be cast over and over in leading roles in school plays and community theatre, and that you are dedicated enough to your career to have studied at the top acting schools in your area, they are not going to look at you. So you need to get experience before you can even consider an agent For modeling, most agencies have a minimum height requirment of 5'7" or 5'8" once you are age 14 or older. I'll answer all your questions. Yes, there are TONS of legit talent agencies, but I don't know where you live so I can't help. I wish you did, because I can find the legit ones in your area fast. Ok, you aren't going to do modeling, so I would drop that, you're to short, adn I think you're a little over weight (by their standards...). But, lets go to acting, for acting you need to bring a resume (list of stuff in acting you've done) and a head-shot and full body shot. For acting there is no hieght of weight limit.
