How to get an agent without any experience?

How much experience is actually needed to get an acting agent!?

  • So i have experience but not a ton ive taken classes like allot and ive done a couple of plays maybe like 5 or 6 plays and ive done 3 musicals so yeah and ive done a theatre arts program for 5 months straight so is this good enough to at least get me a commercial agent some people tell me its impossible it takes years and years and other people tell me it doesn't matter as long as you can audition you're good to go so yeah please answer my question correctly thanks to all who answer positive!

    When I got my agent, I had half the experience you do so it's probably enough. One major thing that agents watch for, though, is that if you look older than what you actually are. I have a talented friend that didn't get accepted because she looked older than her real age! Just wow them at the audition and leave a lasting impression and you're sure to be accepted! Well the agent will ask to see you acting in a play or musical decide if your good enough and if you are good enough yeah he or she will take you! P.S. I have an acting agent and i know of many others so contact me if you need some agents

Take classes and when agents go they will discover you and hopefully pick you up if they think you have potential.

That's some great experience! I would definitely go try and get an agent. If a few turn you down, I would get more experience but you have plenty for now :) Good luck!
