What would a production assistant wear?

I'm in a scene for drama class and I was assigned a surprise role and I have to perform it tomorrow. The character's name is Gloria, she is a production assistant and is very sure of herself. What should I wear to portray her character? It says to wear jeans and a headset, but I need some kind of shirt or jacket or shoes to wear. Please and thank you...soooo much:}
