What Acting agencies are good in New England?

I am looking for a acting agency to join! i am a teen and i am really excited about fallowing my dream, i have talked to people who act on Disney channel, i am currently in drama classes at my school.. and im not someone who is unrealistic about the business.... but i am new to it all and your help would be awesome!
