How can i become an Actress when i dont know how to become one and I have never had acting lessons?

The trouble is, if you've never had any acting lessons, and you don't have any experience, how do you know this is what you want to do, or even are capable of doing? If you don't have enough talent, it's simply never going to happen, no matter how much you want it to. Forget about the Youtube thing - no serious actor bothers with that - all is does is shows how bad you are to vast numbers of people. You have to get classes somehow - can you work part-time to pay for them? If you want it that much, you'll find a way. Don't worry about being shy - I know a lot of actors, and almost all of them are very shy. But once they're on stage, they 'become' the character they're playing and shyness just goes away! But it really does take years of training to learn everything you'll need to know. Good luck!

Get involved in school or community theater. I had stage fright when i first started acting and singing publicly two years ago and I still do sometimes but believe me, if you don't just put yourself out there then it'll never get better. You don't need acting or singing lessons to be an actor or a singer, you just need talent, time and dedication. Acting will take up alot of your free time but its well worth it in my opinion if you're serious about this. All in all just don't be afraid to get up and sing some karaoke at a party or audition for a play in your local area. Acting is something you learn best while acting.

You probably can't. I don't think you want to be an actress, I think you want to be the people you see on the screen and that is not what being an actress is all about, that is an illusion of cameras, sound, lights, music, FX and editing. Acting work can get quite tedious and tiring and is not at all glamorous. Teens become professional actor because their parents make it happen for them. You become a singer/actress by singing and acting, everywhere at any opportunity. And by taking lessons to improve.

Hun, ok listen, you dont need to have lessons to become a star, what you need is conections, and about the singing thing, most disney channel girls cant sing, but they made albums, just keep dreaming and keep believeing and you will get better, and if your having problems with your weight and its makes you shy, honey, all people come in different shapes and sizes, like Adele is a amazing singer, yet shes not the skinniest, i suggest joining your schools drama department, and who cares what people think? It doesnt matter what they think it only matters what you think of yourself.

1. dont let shyness hold you back. you are the character onstage, not yourself, so therefore, unless the script requires it, you wont be shy, right? I am quite shy myself but when i get on a stage people who havent seen me on one are generally amazed at how loud I can actually talk haha. also, if you have no prior experience, edge your way in to the acting or singing/ musical game slowly, and just find somewhere near you- a town hall or a local club who just wants some people to audition, and do some shows. It doesnt matter what part you get, just get some experience and aa feel for whether you want to choose theatre as a career or lifestyle path- after all, from what i've heard its quite a difficult one. Hey! Well, personally I don't think it matters if you've had singing lessons or not. However maybe enrolling in a drama class could help and it could boost your confidence. Continue to post videos of yourself on YouTube because a lot of people become recognised and many are very famous now! Also, tell your friends because once they hear your amazing singing voice it will start to raise your confidence. But as you know part of the acting/singing career some people may dislike you as it's normal! Nobodys perfect and liked by everyone. So, carry on posting videos and see where it goes from there!:)

You need confidence to stand up and audition but that all comes from within. try to build up your self confidence and have faith before trying to conquer the world. some of the best performers in the world admit to being afraid and self conciouss but its what you can show an audience that matters too. you dont need classes necesarily and i know that these can be very expensive. with singing often coaching is something which is needed but with acting if youve got it girl SHOW THEM! there are so many opportunities out there with open casting auditions-some musicals such as Hairspray only casy non-famous performers for 2 of the main parts for that exact reason, fresh blood! buy the Stage newspaper and see what open auditons are around. if you dont get the part, ask for feedback so then you have some clarity. Some of the best actors in the world admit to being the shyest people in reality. Its all about becoming a different person on stage and switching off from the shy person you are in real life to the confident actor on stage. Its never too late to follow your dreamland if your friends judge you rather than support you then that says a lot about the real value of their friendship. Go for it! Try and buy 'The Stage' it is a newspaper designer for those in performance and not only advertises auditions as such however can also advise on workshops etc for budding actors. Is there a drama club at school that you could be involved in? If no on stage to start with you could help behind the scenes and maybe you could volunteer at a theatre locally in exchange for lessons - where there is a will there is a way so good luck.
