How can i become famous?

  • I have just recently been taken drama classes i am 14 years old and i dont know how i can become famous or start acting as a career and i dont know what to do i want to be famous like teresa palmer but have no idea how

    Wanting to be famous is a naïve, unrealistic idea – and it’s the worst possible reason to do anything. Having a dream of being famous is something most children have, but as they grow up they realise that being famous is not at all what you imagined. It really means that you have no privacy at all, wherever you go you’re stalked by the press, photographers, weirdos, etcetera. Every mistake you make, every embarrassing secret you have, every ounce of fat and every zit on your face is suddenly on the front page of every tacky magazine. You never know who your true friends are, as many of them will happily sell private stories about you for a few bucks and others don’t really like you, but hang around because you’re famous. Your family are also stalked, pestered and photographed mercilessly, and their lives will be made a misery even though you’re the famous one. To be honest, it’s a nightmare. Many ‘celebrities’ turn to alcohol and drugs because of the pressure – some crumble completely. No genuine actor wants to be famous. They act because they love acting and honestly don’t care about the money or the fame. They want to be the best that they can be, really good actors, and most importantly to be happy - but would carry on acting even if they never make much money or become well-known.

Don't become an actress to become famous. Obviously, every actor/actress wants that big break, but they do what they do because they love acting and they love being on set. I understand it would be nice to be known and adored by everyone, to see your name on a movie screen and movie posters, and for everyone to know your name; But is that all really worth doing a job you hate? Drama/acting is a lot of hard work and there are a lot of down sides to it as well as upsides. You don't have any privacy, you spend a lot of time working (which is why you shouldn't do it if you're not passionate) your going to have some people who hate you and say things that are worse than you ever thought you'd hear. I'm not trying to discourage you from doing acting/theater, but I don't want you to get into doing something for the wrong reasons. Also decide if you want to do theater or film acting. Theater is a little more difficult. You don't have all the FX editing, you can't do more than one take if you mess up. Everything is right in front of you. I've done both and I do personally like being on a set more, but it is entirely up to you. Goodluck.

If you want to be a "famous" Actress, forget it now. If you don't really like acting and just want to become famous, it's not going to work. Simply because to become an actor and get an agent and to get one you have to do a lot of work with student films and short films and theater work where you don't get paid. If you seriously want to act, stop saying you want to be famous and keep acting.

You might think that actor is an easy job to fameness but the thruth is that isnt, its hard works and very few off all the actors out there reach anywhere near that status, most off them, even really good ones, ends up in ensembles at theathres or in small parts at movies around the world, if theyre even so lucky. So if youre aim is to be famous, and I guess just about every kid out there dreams about it at one point or another, youre really starting on the wrong side off the street. Look on the Internet and go to auditions.like Demi lavato she went to the camp rock one now shes a singer and has her own tv show. Try making funny videos on YouTube and posting on here,Facebook and twitter.and links on other YouTube videos.
