Why does my back hurt, I'm only 16?

Im 16 and want to move out to live with my nan or my dad but dont want to hurt my mum?

• i love her to pieces just cant stand her husband i have been living with them for 3 years hes spilt all my family up my brother and sister moved out recently my brother has moved back in but ive had enough he constantly slats my family off and alot about my dad (although he doesnt no hes my dad he thinks hes another memeber of my family long story) and it really gets to me cos my dad hes everything to me all my family are my mum knows he does and doesnt really do anything and if i argue back i get the blame hes a horrible man and through a long time i was to scared to come home and would tilll my mum was home so if she worked late i would stay at a mates. I was to scared to go home this was a follow up of a big bust up although atm i do go home just dont ever what to feel like that again my mum was at work but that night i went to a friends but as far as i no she didnt do anything ive talked to her about how i feel and she gets annoyed that i want to move and calls me selfish when all i do is please her i move with her 3 years to when i didnt want to 9 hes in the army) and now we have another ost right in when i should be appying for college and we dont no where we going so i havent appiled anywhere and she dont seem to care i no she does my nan and dad want me out of there and i havve there full supprot i love my mum but cant handle it anymore the feeling of being scared in my own home :/ how do i tell her without hurting her and if i move and she force me back please helpp! i tried talking to her they just gang up on me calling me selfish when shes the one being selfish ive always done what im meant to made sure everyone else is happy and now i want to be happy
