What's the best backpack for school?

BACKPACK WAS STOLEN WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!?

  • ok. so my friend is in middle school and her school was stolen. she had everything in there 3 books pencils pens $40 caculator and her phone and the rest is just whatever stuff... . anywho. the problem is that the books are about 90 bucks each and they told her that if she don't find the books she got to pay them. NOW here's whats weird the backpack was not lost or stolen b/c she was distracted. It was lost when her class was going somewhere in the school and were asked to leave their backpacks their. there was a guy responsible for them but he's saying that he don't know anything. I told them (mom and girl) that they should report that to the police and they should not pay anything since it was the school's responsibility! am i right? please help. what should she do?

    if thats the situation, then its totally the schools fault if someone on the school staff was in charge of them. Sue if they persist that ur friend has to pay them.

If her bag was stolen INSIDE the school then the school's insurance should pay for the books. It should be reported to police who can then question the boy who was left in charge - he might be more talkative if a policeman is doing the asking.

it was the bus drivers fault and he probably fell asleep and didnt notice so it is the schools fault and your friend shouldn't have to pay for it i mean its not like she threw it in the ocean and didnt want to pay (lol) u should take ur friend to the principal to talk about what happened and see if you can resolve it
