How to get my mom to lisen to me and to pay attention to me?

• So I feel.like my mom never really lisens to me or pays attention to me, like for example I wrote this poem about how I loved my grandma because shes always there for me and in one line I said how she (my mom) was always to busy working, and my mom saw it and got kind of upset then she asked me if it was true and I told her no but deep down I really wanted to say yes but I knew it would be no use becuase she.would probably try.to deal with the problem right then and there and 2 weeks later she would go back to her normal busy self.( which is what she ALWAYS does) I also never really.talk.to my mom, like about boys or problems I have becuase I feel like she is just.going to judge me Also I really want to tell my parents that I THINK I was touched when I was younger but idk how "/ I feel like they wont belive me or just tell me there going to help me then forget about it "/ . Please.dont say talk to my dad about it beciase he is 100 times worse then my mom and I want nothing to do with him. Sometimes I even think hes the one that touched me becuase I once had a dream that he raped someone infront of me and my brother( that cant be normal right?)

  Alright, no. I don't think thats normal. You sound a little unsure of rather or not u were touched younger, so before talking to someone try to remember or it'll seem like ur making something up. Also, it sounds like u need to just sit down with ur mother and have a very long talk about what ur feeling. Tell her lets have a heart to heart conversations...ask her not to judge u..u just have questions, and want to tell her something that u think might have happened. As a mother she should understand, if this doesn't work there r always family counseling. u have to do what makes u happy in life. :)
