What should i get my parents for christmas? what about my 2 year old brother?

• okay well christmas is coming up and im freaking out about what to get my parents for christmas. last year i bought them both something from tiffanys. i got my mom a tiffany bracelet, but she cant wear jewelry much anymore because shes always taking care of my brother, and barely has time for putting on jewelry or any time for herself. i got my dad a tiffany silver pen, because he loves pens, so i thought itd be good to add to collection. but he's always saying how he's too scared to use it because it'll just get lost or stolen. i used to always get my dad ties, but those are lame, he has waay to many now. im thinking about getting my mom a $50 giftcard to the spa, and a little something too, but idk what else? and im lost on what to get my dad. he loves science, he works in an eco-friendly company, and he's an electrical engineer. he's a deepthinker with sense of humor, but not childish or innapropiate humor. any suggestions on what to get him? and idk what to get my little brother! he has like sooooo many toys. last year i got him a little car he can ride on, but he has 3 of those now, so thats enough. any ideas? thanks. and please make sure the gifts arent too expensive. id like the gifts to only range from $15-40 each please

  Gift giving is always a little tough, especially for parents! I'm in my 30's and I am still often at a loss as to what to get them. However, when I read your question I almost laughed because I just posted an article on eco-friendly presents that will at least fit the bill for your dad and brother. Just in case it doesn't work, the article is called "Eco-Friendly Gifts for Kids - from infants to teens" For your brother I would suggest #3 - hand carved African animals in a woven Banana Fiber box. And for your Dad (here's the best one) I would suggest #1 - a solar charger and flashlight that can be used to charge cell phones and MP3 players with solar power. It's a little over your price range ($45) but it is scientific and eco-friendly so the extra $5 might be worth it! For your Mom, as a mother myself the one thing I always loved getting from my kids was something they made themselves (like a picture frame, something I can hang in my car, key chain, etc) or the best of all would be a coupon book of things to help out. All you have to do is print up coupons for things like "Watching the Baby for 1 hour", "Cooking supper", "Cleaning help", etc. You could also give your Mom the gift of a relaxing night out with just you and her - get a gift certificate for her favorite restaurant and 2 movie passes.
