My sister moved out a few months ago, I miss her!?
-
She's 19 and started college last year, she still lived here last year but when 8th grade for me started this year, she moved out. I remember the summer before she moved she worked at Dairy Queen and she would bring back some blizzards or cones for herself and me back to the house. It was late at night every and she would usually bring back some ice cream and we'd sneak the ice cream upstairs since we weren't aloud to eat up there, we would go in the tv room upstairs and watch our favorite show- Criminal Minds. And sometimes when she didn't have work we would sometimes go out at night and get a Frosty from Wendy's. During the day we rode our bikes up to the neighborhood pool and stay there for hours.Sometimes I would feel very tired while she was at work, she worked night shifts, I would fall asleep in the tv room, right above the garage, once I heard the garage open I would quickly wake up and act as if I didn't take a nap so she would stay up. I would even set my alarm clock in case I fell asleep, I just couldn't wait for her to come home. I have always had fun with her, even before summer, and I just miss her a lot since she moved. I see her once in a while but not often enough, I am usually at school when she comes over, she very rarely spends the night and when she does, I am in bed. I really miss her, I am 14 and have no other siblings, when we were little we didn't always get along but as I got older and she got older we kind of came more close to each other. She is a great sister, she would even let me hang out with her and her friends and treated me as if I were one of her friends, in a sisterly way, she didn't treat me like a little kid, even if though I am 6 years younger (her birthday's in May and I just turned 14 Sunday, we are 6 years apart :). I am always proud to introduce my older sister to my friends, she's the best sister I could ever ask for, but now I really, really miss her. She lives in a house with her best friend, she sometimes invites me to stay the night at their house, it's always fun but it just isn't the same like what it used to be, I don't really adjust well to change, ha ha. What can I do? I really miss her.

Answer:
That is normal. Not really anything that you can do about it.

You could skype, talk on the phone, email, heck this list could be 10 pages long. It's 2012! there are so many different forms of communication you could use to talk to her, even if you don't get to see her in person.
