How do you setup a donation website for earthquake relief?

Where else can I setup a donation button at?

• My sister just lost her boyfriend of 6years. He had been battling cancer and passed away just yesterday (november 17). She isn't returning to her work and is hopefully going to get a job with her friend that would be better for her. Bills and other expenses is going to be hard on her now that he's not here to help. She has no idea what she is going to do and I feel lost with her. I've setup a donation button with paypal, i have it on my myspace and deviant art. I'm not sure what else to do. I hate asking people for donations, but I see people do it all the time to support their hobbies and people do it! I"m doing this cuz she needs it. Where else I can I post it to help her out and how do I get people to help her out? Wh
