My Parents blame all my problems on Video Games?

Okay, so I have an Xbox 360, and my parents hate it. They link school, friends, and my behavior with my Xbox. They just like to have power over me. They will put a four hour weekly timer on it if I'm getting A's and B's. I'm tired of having to deal with it, and how could I convince them that it doesn't have an impact.
