How thick should my airsoft riot should be?

Am I mature enough for an Airsoft gun? I need your opinion, please.?

  • First of all, I am almost fourteen and I have been studying the sport of Airsoft for a while now. I just want a clear spring pistol from Fred myers to get used to the gun safety and the usage and responsibility of owning an Airsoft gun. The problem is that my parents don't want me having one. I have asked for their permission to buy one a couple of times in the past few days, but they've said no every time. Their main argument was that I don't need a gun, or that they were dangerous. I have told them that Airsoft guns only resemble guns and are made for recreational purposes. I also showed them statistics of how safe Airsoft is compared to sports like basketball. They respected that I looked into that but they have still stood buy their claim. I think I am responsible enough to own an Airsoft gun. I have kept straight A's all year, And I also do a lot of other chores around the house. If I end up getting an Airsoft gun, I will give the gun the respect it deserves by treating it like a real gun. I will always wear eye protection and I will never point the gun at anything I don't wish to shoot. Today I decided to write a persuasive essay showing the reasons why I should be able to own an Airsoft gun. I want to know if that would be a good idea or not and if I am responsible enough to own an Airsoft gun.

  • Answer:

You are respinsible. The fact that you took the time to look into the safety and you want to start off with a safe beginner gun is very mature of you. I started when I was 11. Safety is very important as if you and your friends have wars with them, the guns will not INJURE you, but they WILL hurt. The feeling takes a few hits to get used to it, but it's fine after three hits. I can tell you are mature and responsible. I have a gun I'm trying to sell. It is an electric m4 rifle. Select fire (semi- auto, an full auto) with a. custom woodland camo paint job. If you buy it I'll include a free gas pistol. I'd ask for about $70 on the gun. Rarely been used, and in good condition.
