What's a good Airsoft DMR?

Can someone who has experience tell me how to upgrade an airsoft Dboys Scar-l into a DMR into a DMR?

• i want to turn my airsoft scar l into a dmr which is a designated marksman rifle. i want to be able to snipe but also use it as AR (ASSAULT RIFLE) if someone could find me some links to some spring upgrades and maybe motor upgrades and a silencer to add a barrel extension but i dont know where to find this stuff and i gotta keep it under 150 - 200 dollars thanks
