How do I land a front flip on a trampoline?

I have been able to do a front flip on my trampoline for about 3 years....but I can't seem to land it. I have the perfect rotation, I just don't know how I'm supposed to land it. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Answer:
some thing to remember: -nice tight tuck -tuck at the top of your jump -make sure you are opening out at the right time -in you tuck have your hands about half way between your ankle and your knee (any higher and you will not rotate fast enough) -if you still need help there are great tutorials on youtube:) -PRACTICE!!!
