What type of longboard should I get?

I want the easiest type of longboard to learn on. I had a natural gift for snowboarding, I can surf, but i've never used a skateboard for more than a few days. I'll be using it on mostly flat areas. Do I want a long heavy one, a short light one, what? I'm 98kg and 180cm

I would recommend something around 38" - 42" that has some flex. I find that a more symmetrical would is more useful than a pintail. Its hard to tell where you live, what board are avaliable to you, and what you want in a longboard.
