How to convince my parents to let me get an Airsoft Gun?

• Im 14 and for awhile now I've been really wanting an Airsoft gun! But..... My parents won't let me. I've told them I would have eye protection have it safe from my siblings and wouldn't shoot in the house or anything. But they still say no. I don't know what to do I asked for an Airsoft gun for Christmas and didn't get it.My birthday is on Sunday and I will be 15 and they still say I won't have one. Is there any way I can possibly change this? HELP! And no I don't want to play paintball very unrealistic I also wrote this essay for them but haven't showed them because I've wrote another essay before and they didn't care. Why I should be able to get an Airsoft Do you think I should be able to own an Airsoft gun? Do you think that I will hurt my siblings? Well you are very wrong! Even though You may think I might hurt my siblings, I should be able to own an Airsoft gun because It will also give me the chance to hangout with my friends like you always want me to and I would know already how to handle an Airsoft gun and all of the safety regulations to owning a Airsoft gun. Even though you think I might hurt my siblings In my opinion I think I'm more responsible then you think! First of all I will always keep my Airsoft gun kept away somewhere where the kids would never be able to get into it. I would always have my Airsoft gun locked away somewhere also! I would never shoot bb's inside of the house (only for outside use), and I would never let the kids use my Airsoft gun/Touch. I should be able to own an Airsoft gun because It will also give me the chance to most likely go out more and hangout with my friends instead of sitting around playing video games on the weekends or doing nothing. The most important reason I should be able to own an Airsoft gun is because I know all about Airsoft safety and how to handle and Airsoft gun. I know what precautions I need to take to prevent any injures or accidents. And also that it is very important to wear eye protection gear to protect you eyes and face. So you can see that although You may think I might hurt my siblings, I should be able to own an Airsoft gun for two main reasons. First, It will give me the chance to hangout with friends, But most importantly, I know all about Airsoft safety and how to handle an Airsoft gun.
