How can I train for soccer in my cabin?

Okay im gonna be at my cabin in montana until January 5th, and my only way to train is indoors. I plan to skip rope, do some body weight exercises, and play with a size 3 ball. I might jog a couple times too. Any other ideas for me to train?

Winter always causes an interesting situation for Soccer players. If you think you’re “good enough” you’re wrong. Make a commitment to improve in some way every day and you will be on the road to Soccer success. If you want to become better you should be looking to improve all areas of your game not just a select few: Technical Skill, Physical Fitness, Mental Toughness, and Tactical Understanding. First of all you need to start training on your own - work to improve the basic ball skills, dribbling, shooting, passing, and ball control. Example: Dribble a ball around the house, practice your passing and shooting on a wall for 10 minutes a day. Work to improve your fitness: strength, power, speed, acceleration, endurance, and flexibility. Example: every second day do 50 push ups, 100 squats, and 50 sit ups. Go for a run every morning, gradually increasing your speed each time. Next you need to always give your best effort on the field. Remember you only have one chance to play that game so leave it all out there. Make a promise to yourself to be the hardest working player on the field, every time you step on the field. You should also start watching professional Soccer at least 1 game per week, you can learn so much from pros. Don't just watch the ball, watch specific players and watch what they do both on and off the ball. Everything you mentioned sounds like excellent ways to keep your body in shape. Just make sure you vary your routines and check youtube or stealtheseworkouts.com for different exercises.

Ball control, put some clothes on the floor and dribble the ball around them, use tricks, side rolls, anything to get to the other end of the room. Try and keep the ball as close to you as possible, also keep changing the obstacles around so you have to adapt to your surroundings. Practise keepy ups of you want to (no one actually uses them in game situations, but it's good ball control) & id do little drills, like have the ball on the floor in front of you, then put your right foot on top of the ball, then switch to your left foot on the ball, do this as quick as you can. Running will also do good, although its only 10 days so your stamina won't be affected to much.
