Where can I get a certification/bachelors degree in web progrmaming? online or on campus?

I can't find a college or university in Dallas, Texas that offers me a program to be a web developer I was only able to find MIS, CIS and certifications in web design, but If I want to learn PHP, MySQL, Action Script or Java and have a Degree also, where should I look at? It could be an online course. What I am trying to do is to learn how to be a web programmer and have a certification or bachelors degree I don't want only the knowledge, companies are picky and they want certifications or degrees... thanks

The electives that you are trying for, would not be available for degrees or any other courses. I would suggest you to go for a crash course and I am sure you will be able to catch the certificates. Thanks!
