Study in thailand better?

Study abroad: Malaysia (UKM), Vietnam (Foreign Trade University in Hanoi), or in Thailand (Thammasat)?

I am a master student in international business and trade and I studied abroad for a year during undergrad in korea but am looking for studying abroad again for about 6 months. Reason why I'm interested in S E Asia is because I am thoroughly interested in traveling. When I studied abroad in Korea I traveled all around (Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Thailand) and now I'd like to study abroad somewhere closer to other places I have yet traveled to (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, maybe Australia, maybe southern asia (india, nepal, etc) ). Where would be the best study abroad location to serve as a hub for traveling as well as local quality in terms of fun and nightlife? Potential locations are listed in the question.. thank you!
