Does anyone know any good universities in London?

Best universities in London? Places to meet others?

  • I want to live in England when I leave school, but though instead of living there on my gap year, perhaps I could study over there. What are the best universities in London, and the best places to meet people of a similar age, as I won't know anyone. :) Thanks. :)

    I'm going to tell you what I told another girl who asked a similar question. If you can get into Oxford, I would go there. Although the school is known world-wise so this may be easier said than done. No matter which school you choose to attend, I am sure you will love your experience. I just got back from London about a week ago and can honestly say it is my favorite city. However, be prepared because it is also the most expensive. I'm currently a study abroad student in Belgium and have created a blog to help people in your situation. It will you give you an idea of what to bring, how to travel cheaply, etc. It's located at http://www.somestudyabroadgirl.blogspot.com. And you will naturally meet a ton of people there! The English are extremely friendly and I would not worry so much about making friends. It will happen naturally. Good luck in London! You will have a great time. And seriously, look into Oxford because it is one of the best.
