Study in thailand better?

What is a job that my gf in Thailand could study for in University that could allow her to work in the USA?

• So she lives in Bangkok, I live in the USA, and she is going to graduate high school soon, and we want her to study abroad in the USA, but she has to take the Toefl exam and the test for studying abroad, and she isn't sure if she will pass either of them. If she doesn't, she will have to go to a University near her to study and train for a future job. So my question is, what is a job she could study for there that would allow her to get a job, and a work visa here? We were thinking of a flight attendant, but then we changed our minds because she would have to travel a lot, she couldn't live with me, ect. Also any info on the Toelf exam and studying abroad would be appreciated. And if you could think of another way to get her working or going to college here soon that would greatly appreciated.   Any kind of high tech job, like engineer, IT, scientist, or something in the health care field. Can't she get a work or student visa for the US? Check with the US immigrations services for the requirements. http://travel.state.gov/visa http://www.uscis.gov
