I want to become a doctor and I want to try for Germany.How is the study there and is Medical study free?

I am from Nepal and I really want to become a doctor. I am a 1st year Engineering student but I have my interest on Medical field and am thinking about trying for Germany for medical studies. So, I wanted to know about medical study, accommodation and their costs there.
