Where to search universities scholarships abroad?

Which American universities offer international scholarships?

  • I'm 2 months away from leaving school, and I'll be starting A levels in September, however I really want to go to an American University after that. Unfortunately the international student fees are far too high for me, so I'm applying for scholarships. I've applied on firstpointusa, but which universities in America accept/offer scholarships for international students that cover most of the fees?

  • Answer:

Realize that even if you do find an US school that offers international students scholarships, they are not going to cover all of your costs. Very few scholarships for US students cover full tuition. And that doesn't cover room and board.fees. Which can easily be $8000 per year. Books can be another $500+ per semester. Your travel and personal expenses are more. You can not stay in the US over the summer break. so you would need to add in your travel back and forth. A scholarship is only going to cover a fraction of your costs. I don't know of any web sites that are going to give out lists of US schools with scholarships available to international students. You are just going to have to do the research into each school. You can go on to any US school's web site to see requirements for international student, tuition and room and board costs. and any scholarships the school offers and their requirements. many scholarships can be for as little as $500-$5000 per year.
