How to become an exchange student from the Philippines?

I'm looking to become foreign exchange student in the Philippines, but I can't find any programs that go there?

How come every program I look at doesn't go to the philippines?

This is what came up on the search,http://www.highschoolprogramsabroad.com/listings.cfm/countryID/69/StartRow/1/PageNum/1 but I cannot vouch for these programs, as I've never heard of them. Make sure you do your research and see if they are CSIET advised.(http://www.csiet.org/mc/page.do) Another angle you could try is AFS. AFS's website doesn't offer Phillipines, but I know they have AFS in the Phillipines. http://www.afs.ph/phi_ta/home So you could contact AFS in your home country and ask if they can make an exception.
