How much time does it take to get a study visa to USA for doing my "bachelor's" degree. . ?

It is just as easy to get a Student Visa for either. You can apply at the U.S. Embassy in your country. In probably takes about 4 weeks, but they likely have a pay more, get it quicker option.

You need to apply to colleges, be accepted, prove you can pay, then apply for a student visa. Yes you can get a student visa for your undergrad work. Sorry not sure how long that takes. Plan on $30,000 per year for tuition and room and board.
