Can you tell how much are the tuition and fees in Malaysia Universities?

Why do Russian & east european Universities offer medicine at such lower tuition fees & entry requirements?

In countries like UK,USA,Australia,Singapore & Malaysia.. medicine is very expensive & highly competitive... students need at least A's & B's in A-levels for admission & the tuition fee is around USD 35000-28000 per year.. Where as Russian & east european universities offer medicine at much lower cost.. with tuition fee around USD5000-3000 per year.. & students with minimum entry requirements such as O-levels can apply..

i don't about rules for foreigners and i don't know what your a-levels are, but most likely you will have to pass additional exams and they won't be easy
