  • Answer:

First you need to choose one or two countries to focus on. If you only know English then any of the Scandinavian countries are good options since the people there are quite good at English and often advertise jobs in English, however most of these jobs are for people with university degrees, which you don't mention having. Many global companies are setting up customer services and IT-support centers all over Eastern Europe, for many of these jobs you only need to know English and have some relevant work experience. Then there's Malta of-course where English is one of the official languages. I am not sure what you mean by 'training' but job-training would be difficult to get if you are a foreigner since these are normally only given in the native language and to citizens. Companies have their own trainee programs but these normally require a university degree. I think your best approach is to get a university degree, or a good vocational/technical degree, and at least learn the basics of the native language [of the country you are interested in]. Getting some relevant work experience in your field is almost crucial. Some good sites for job hunting in Europe: http://ec.europa.eu/eures/main.jsp?acro=job&lang=en&catId=52&parentId=0 http://www.eurobrussels.com/jobs/eu_institutions http://www.monster.com/geo/siteselection/ So there are three things to keep in mind: 1. you skills and work experience 2. where you want to go 3. learn the language Keep in mind that resumes may be written and structured differently in other countries. Good luck with it all, hope it works out...I hope to leave my own country too one day.

First translate your resume to other languages of countries you want to move. Add in resume point that you want to move to another countries. Then find some job posting site in these countries and submit there your resume.
