How much money should I bring to study abroad in London 2012?

  • I will be studying abroad in West London next semester and I am constantly worrying about how much I should bring. The meals are covered and I live in a dorm. I will there from Mid January until Early May. Any advice, suggestions, anything.

    Jeez, with all the money issues over there atm, it'll be a bit hard to decide :/ I would make sure I have enough for transportation(when you go out) and for the schooling. I'm sure you'll find a few things you'll want to buy while there too, so bring extra money for yourself. I would also bring a good bit extra just because of the issues going there. Wouldn't want to run out of $ right? If you still feel uneasy, you should just ask a teacher. I'm sorry if I haven't helped much. Howeverrrrr, I really really reeeeally want to go study abroad also! How'd you do it? London is such a beautiful place; you're so lucky! I hope you have a great time over there and do well with school.
