Which California State Universities are more famous and better in ranking?

Hey I need help with California state universities ?

  • Im a freshman right now but I'm worrying about college already. I'm a California resident and I just wanna know the requirements for all California state universities (uc Davis, fresno state etc) basically I just wanna know the average gpa requirement for all CSU. Don't say average 3.0 I need to know specially what the average students get. And also it says for all cal state universities you need a minimum of 3.0 so does that mean I have a chance of getting into uc Davis with a 3.0? I just got my first report card that's going on my transcript and my gpa is 3.17 so help mee please, thank you and god bless

    You are confusing two types of universities run by the state of California. There are California State Universities and Universities of California. Universities of California are harder to get into than Cal States. Davis is a UC and you cannot get in with a 3.0 you need a 3.3. It is the Cal States that require a 3.0. There is a list of A-G requirements that you must take and they look almost exclusively at Sophomore and Junior grades. You will have to get your GPA up to get into Davis, but you can probably get into Fresno state with a 3.17
