Can you do A levels outside of School?

Which Medical school or university should I apply for after completing my A' levels or O' levels?

• So I'm in Bangladesh and I'll be giving my O' levels next year ( including further mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology) and then A' levels ( maths, physics, chemistry, biology). My parents want me to become a doctor and I'm kind of okay with it. My dad wants me to join one of the medical schools or universities here but I'd love to go abroad. Maybe Canada or America. I plan on getting all As and some A* as well, both in my O' levels and A' levels exam so that I can apply for good universities outside. What I want is a list of some good AFFORDABLE medical schools/ colleges/ universities ( i have a confusion with that ) abroad where I could study medicine and stuff. I know getting a scholarship is hard but I'd like to give that a shot too. It's okay if I don't get it. And one more question. I like Physics (especially astronomy) way more than Biology. If not a doctor than what other career should I pursue? And also a list of universities for that! Thank you so much!

  You can't apply for medical school in the US (or, I think, Canada) with only A levels. You would need to have a first degree. "My parents want me to become a doctor and I'm kind of okay with it." Tell your parents to get stuffed, or to go apply for medical school themselves. Pick a career YOU want to do. You could be an astronomer, if that's what you love. Nobody should go into a career which requires a decade or more of study based on being "kind of okay with it."
