Where can I find international student to recruit for ESL study in the USA?

• I am hired by a recognized language school located in the USA as a recruiter for international students who want to further their English As A Second Language skills and get the flavor of living in America. My countries are Canada, Ukraine and U.S.A. I've been at this for six months now, posting on Craig's List and other similar internet sites to no avail. I have a promotional video! I've Tweeted and Facebooked it - no nibbles. So now I turn you you in the Yahoo Answers community to come-up with some ideas like you have so successfully done in the past for me. So where do you think I should be mining for these students, please? I've tried travel agents and even offered to share a percentage of my commission with them. Hey, there is an idea, if you come-up with an idea that works, I'd be willing to give YOU a % of my commission if the student signs-up. This language school even helps the students get their Visa straight.

  Why would you be authorized to recruit U.S. students to study in the U.S.? You sound super creepy...I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you come across as creepy to potential recruits/students, as well.
