What is the Model UN (United Nations) all about?

Which club to keep; Model UN or Amnesty International?

So I'm interested in all of these clubs, but I want to know which one might look better on an application to boarding school (mostly), and college (future). My current club schedule: Monday - Red Cross / Afterschool - Rec&Lead Training Tuesday - Model UN (If I put Library on Thurs) Wednesday - Interact (Rotary club) Thursday - Amnesty (If I put Library on Tues) Friday - FREE (Can't put Library here, because I have to take a lot of tests for my online school on fridays) So, I could either do Model United Nations or Amnesty International, and I'm fosho keeping Library. Help me choose? :S I already have a people-type helping club (Red-Cross and Interact(?)), so would taking Model UN be better to balance things out?
