I once overheard a conversation on a plane, from Chicago to Austin, and this guy was talking about how Oprah was personally responsible for some major advances is real-time computer image manipulation (this was several years ago). He said he had just finished work on her latest project to keep a "paint" located on her head so it could be either reduced or enlarged. Apparently she is really self conscious about the size and appearance of her head and she has had this technology developed to adjust the way it appears on television. He elaborated that whether her head size was being reduced or enlarged depended on her body weight. I don't remember if it was smaller head for heavier body or larger head. I was just really astonished at what I was hearing though. The guy didn't appear to be drunk or crazy. This was way before she had announced that she would end her TV show but he predicted that she would do it. He said that the Hi-def television signals were too difficult to manipulate and she wasn't satisfied with her head size.

No I would say she has a distinctive voice, one that can't be missed or mistaken. I LOVE OPRAH.
