No. Its cool. I am 35m and have learned that people think and fantasize of much stranger things. Hes not gay. He just found that its gets him off. If you really sit and think, to yourself, what have you wondered about, you'd find something a little taboo I am sure. You could consider embracing the fact he's not a boring guy and have fun with it. Maybe he would be open minded to try something you have thought about.

Do you love him for him and all that he is? or do you love him for what society tells you to love someone for? Thats who he is. He obviously cares about you and treats you good. Don't be superficial. I think people sometimes get so caught up in sexual roles and patriarchal roles that they forget that roles and customs are not exactly laws...especially, the laws of nature. He sounds like a nice person and it's obvious you have some kind of feelings for him...so why not hear him out? Maybe he was momentarily intrigued. Most transvestites are not gay and are not transsexual. It's one of the oddities out there. Don't worry about it. Talk it over with him and let him indulge on occasions. If he does it too much for you, then you'll need to reevaluate your relationship.
