Does anyone think that Homo Sapiens is offensive?

• by the way, no one knows I'm gay. He saw me wearing my suave sneakers in the rain and he laughed and said "you don't care what people think, that's why I like you, no homo". He told me that he'll let me borrow his cell phone since mine is currently does not have any minutes. He also showed me his house and told me where he grew up and how life was like. I saw his nephew and he was like "oh, saw hi to my nephew" holding him and stuff. He told me that he'd always protect me. He said that if someone every threatened my life in anyway that he'll kill them to make sure that I'll be safe. He told me that he'd never kill but he said that he'll do anything to make sure that I stay alive. He said "I want you to be happy and in peace, I don't want anyone to try to harm you". He told me that if I ever went to jail that he'll do something stupid so that we can be in the same jail cell together. He wants to move in a house with me when we graduate high school but if I go live on the dorm in college he wants to be there with me. I've been complaining that I want to eat at my favorite fast food restaurant but didn't have any money. The next day, he spent $7 on me to eat there. He was smiling at me and was like "are you happy?". I smiled and said "yeah". Also, he can tell me anything. He told me his deepest fear and he told me his password to AIM. Also, he seems to get mad when I check out guys or have a cute guy on my MySpace. The thing is, I was supposed to be going to hang out with my other friend (female) and he was like "hang out with me instead". Later on, he was like "so are you coming?" and I was like "yeah" and he was like "good, that's what I like to hear". Later on, at night while we were having a conversation, I told him that I really wanted to go to that place with my friend but I didn't because I wanted to hang out with him. Then, he just looked at me, he didn't get mad or anything. He was kinda looking at me in the eyes but then I got scared and quickly changed the subject. Later, he called me but the phone clicked off. I'm not sure if he hanged up on me or what because he DID tell me that his phone was being stupid when this happened before. Also, me and him was supposed to hang out today but he didn't call but maybe he had to do something and forgot? I dunno. What do you think about this situation?
