Do you consider these things flirting?

That behavior in my opinion constitutes cheating on her girlfriend. It sounds like she either likes attention from other people while in a relationship or just doesn't regard it. She might like you, but even if so, that stuff is all pretty sketchy stuff and might mean she is not trust worthy to date.

telling you ur cute or saying ur beautiful could just be nice gestures, for a girl to give, or flirting os idk. talking about how she used to like you ya, texting alot maby, getting really close yes, long hugs ya, talking on the phone 3hrs maby, the last on yes.
