Whats wrong with my kenwood amp? something has blown?
-
i have a two channel kenwood kac-723 amp, and something is wrong with it. i checked the fuse and it is good. i did all the wiring correctly, but i still have no sound. I am getting power to it and it is turning on, but no sound output at all. my brother just gave it to me, and he said he doesnt know whats wrong with it. so, i opened it up and saw that a part of it is blown. the piece is labeled "k1257" my question is, what is this piece, and can it be fixed? Here are a couple pictures of it. it is on the far left. you should be able to notice it. http://photos.helio.com/imgALB/200910/24/01256413867598000000405731.jpg http://photos.helio.com/imgALB/200910/24/01256413630309000000405731.jpg Thanks in advance.
