Subwoofer stopped working while i was driving?

My 12 inch pioneer sub stopped working while driving the other day i checked all the fuses and none were blown i even unplugged the sub out of my amp and connected it to the rear speakers and still no sound does this mean my sub is blown?

Answer:
maybe smell the back of it and see if it smell burnt if so then yes its blown,if not check and make sure all wires r still connected properly
