I have a problem with my car stereo, i was installing an amp with 2 10's It worked and now stereo wont turn on?

The music was playing through the amp's 10's and then i moved the blue remote turn on wire and accidently touched a screw and a spark appeared and thats when the music shut off and now the stereo wont turn on what happen? I think i killed the power/ memory wire for the stereo and also my car clock reset everytime i turn on the car, What should i do to get it working again??

Have u checked the fuse directly on the cd player?? I had a similar problem when installing a cd player and I already had 2 12" subs...my fuse blew..or u can check the fuses for the car.

well if you have a test light or voltage meter i would test all the fuse one more time and than get the power wires behind the radio to see which one doesn't have power flowing to the radio.
