How do I put new rear speakers in my car?

Does anyone know how to test car speakers and subs to see if they work (Please put step by step description)?

    For the subs it would be beneficial for your to obtain an amp to hook the subs up to in order to supply them with adequate power. This normally means you need to have the amp already installed in a car that supplies 12 volts, unless you have a powerful home amplifier. The car speakers can be hooked up to any home stereo assuming there are positive and negative speaker wire terminals on the stereo for the car speaker to hook up to. However, this should only be used as a testing method, if you are to leave the car speakers attached to the home stereo you need to make sure that the output of ohms on the home stereo matches the output ohms on the car speaker, if it does not then make sure to keep the volume low so it does not cause damage to the car speaker or the home stereo.
