Help With My Car Sub Setup.?
-
Hi, I just purchased a new Sound Ordnance b-24 Dual 12" sub from Crutchfield. Im planning on installing it as a replacement to the factory sub in my 2003 Yukon XL with the factory bose system. I am trying to find the best amp to power my speakers and sub in this situation and Crutchfield recommends the Sound Ordnance M-2250 2-channel amp with it. I have no experience whatsoever with car audio and I am wondering A. What i need in order to successfully install the amp and sub into my car? B. How Should i go about putting them in? and C. Will hooking up JUST a new sub compromise the performance of my factory bose speakers with this particular amp? the factory amp in the Yukon is located under the center console. Thanks A Ton!! -A
