  i have a 91 also. you either have the vg30(sohc) or the ve30(dohc). both have the same block with dif heads. with the vg u can get the vg30et(300zx turbo) and swap that motor in or do a custom turbo set up for either. in my 89 with the vg i had a full header back and a popfilter. i picked up like 5 miles per gallon on the highway and i jumped 20 hp. venom also makes a piggy back chip u can buy. jim wolf makes a set of cams and u can fully rebuild both motors. maxima.org click forums and 3rd gen
