How much does a bass system cost?

How much for this sound system ( Subs )?

• This is for people who already have this installed, or any audio technicians who can give me a basic price. First off i have a 2007 Silverado 1500 LT. I want to install Two 10'' Rockford Fosgate T1 Subs in my truck. Along with this im thinking a 2000 watt amp? ( Not sure if thats too little wattage or too much). Im also going to put them in boxes and put them under my back seats. How much would the Subs/Amp/Wiring/Boxes and ect. cost me? I can spend up to 2400$ on the setup but obviously i would like to spend as less as i could but still get the best equipment. It would nice to get an answer from someone with a similar setup or an audio specialist. Im guessing installation doesnt get affected by the type of equipment ( basically the brands ) so i pretty much need to know how much it is for 2 10'' subs with an amp and everything necessary installed. I believe the T1 subs are about 380$ a piece new and i need a suggestion on a really good amplifier to give the maximum power to both subs and how much it would be new. Will the boxes for them cost alot if my back seats can lift up? Meaning i wont need custom made boxes to fit under the seats? Im looking for all brand new equipment, so that should somewhat affect the price. And how much would installation be, because im most likely buying all of the materials and getting the installation at a nearby Audio specialist store. ( Sounds Great Stereo ) Will i also need a new head-unit or can i just use my stock one? I also am aware i will have to pay for a separate battery or two for my car to power the system, because my regular car battery will not be able to supply all the power. Im wanting the system to give good power to the bass ALONG with the audio if that makes any difference in the supplies i need to buy. Any help would be appreciated, points to the best answer.

  hmm ok sounds like a bit of a hastle. first off you should get the kenwood amp at best buy which they sell for 300 or so dollars its a 1800 w. ive been bumpin that sub for years with no problem. those subs are a good choice. if u have a newer truck you will not need more batterys. whoever told u that is a moron. ur not runnin 4 15's on a 20k watt amp here. u have to get a new deck. i recently just put in the kenwood DNX5140 and got it for like 200 bucks new at best buy somehow. thats a nice deck. i recommend new speakers, i put some kickers in the doors and they sound crisp. to have best buy do all your installation expect around 200 bucks plus 100 in wires and 100 or so for the box.
